**Job Title** Executive Assistant **Role Summary** Provide high‑level, confidential support to the CEO, managing the executive’s calendar, communications, and meeting logistics. Draft documents, coordinate board meetings, and handle domestic/international scheduling to ensure seamless executive operations. **Expactations** - Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. - Anticipate and prioritize the CEO’s needs with proactive solutions. - Ensure timely, accurate communication on behalf of the executive. - Uphold a professional, organized, and responsive support environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the CEO’s calendar: appointments, travel, and meetings. - Serve as primary point of contact for email and document requests; draft, edit, and forward communications. - Assist in preparation for board and stakeholder meetings, including agenda creation, minutes, and material distribution. - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports. - Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a consistent, professional experience. **Required Skills** - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; adept at juggling multiple priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented, highly accurate, and diligent follow‑up on tasks. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
