Advise the board on data strategy, investment priorities, and performance metrics. **Required Skills:** * Proven executive experience (C‑level or equivalent) in data strategy within financial services or large, complex global enterprises. * Deep knowledge of data architecture, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern analytics tools. * Strong AI/ML delivery experience, from model development to production deployment. * Expertise in data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI‑DSS, etc.), and risk management. * Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and board‑level communication. * Ability to manage change in a fast‑moving, high‑stakes environment. * Results‑oriented, with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). * Professional certifications (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK, CISM, CCSP, Certified Data Management Professional, or relevant cloud/AI certifications) are highly desirable.
