Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary:** Drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth for a portfolio of B2B customers using the Nfinite platform. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful implementation, continuous value delivery, and renewal of contracts. **Expectations:** - Build trusted relationships with customer contacts and C‑level executives. - Proactively identify and remove friction points in the customer journey. - Achieve targets for contract renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities. - Represent the customer voice in product and technical road‑mapping. - Collaborate with sales, project, solution engineering, and product teams to deliver a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and report customer satisfaction (NPS) and ROI on a regular basis. - Develop and execute action plans to improve platform usage and user experience. - Conduct training, onboarding, and ongoing support for customers. - Lead workshops and feedback sessions with product/tech teams. - Coordinate with 3D modeling (“Digital Twin”) teams to align on customer expectations and project timelines. - Work with Solution Engineers to ensure proper integration of Nfinite services. - Partner with Account Executives to maintain and expand the business relationship. - Manage cross‑functional projects such as Help Center deployment and other customer experience initiatives. - Escalate schedule or risk issues internally and drive resolution. **Required Skills:** - Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken). - Proven experience managing B2B customer relationships. - Strong customer‑orientation and ability to influence C‑level stakeholders. - Excellent organizational skills; comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Curious, good listener, capable of learning quickly and teaching others. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions. - German language proficiency is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field (minimum). - Customer Success or SaaS‑related certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager) preferred but not mandatory.
