Job Title: AI Solution Engineer (Consulting)
Role Summary: Serve as the technical liaison among industry architects, sales teams, and engineering groups to design, validate, and prototype AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms. Deliver client-facing demonstrations that showcase tangible business value, support the sales cycle, and inform proposal development.
Expectations:
- Provide expert guidance on AI/ML solution architecture, feasibility, and market fit.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, stakeholder‑aligned narratives.
- Drive cost‑effective, secure, and performant cloud deployments.
- Influence sales outcomes and contribute to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design viable AI/ML solutions aligned with client use‑cases and technical constraints.
2. Build and present prototype AI solutions that illustrate value to technical and non‑technical audiences.
3. Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting solution selection and early‑stage engagement.
4. Advise on cloud AI platform capabilities across vendors (AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenAI).
5. Translate technical concepts into clear explanations for prospects and internal teams.
6. Assist proposal development by identifying feasible architectures, dependencies, and success criteria.
7. Ensure solutions meet cloud security, landing zone, performance, and cost‑optimum standards.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience partnering with sales to shape enterprise AI/ML or software solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AI model architecture, including LLMs and SLMs, performance, training, suitability, and deployment.
- Hands‑on expertise with at least two of: AWS Bedrock / SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, OpenAI.
- Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, data science, big data, and data engineering.
- Understanding of cloud security, landing zones, and FinOps for AI workloads.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Relevant cloud AI certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or equivalent experience.
