Job Description: Job title Business Development Manager Role Summary Support the founding team in establishing and expanding Stage Zero Health’s sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging self‑insured employers, benefits consultants, and HR leaders. Manage outreach campaigns, maintain a clean CRM, and book meetings with strategic prospects to drive early-stage commercial growth. Expectations * On‑site presence in the Boston (Cambridge, MA) area. * Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in a high‑velocity environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling outreach. * Consistent, diligent follow‑up to nurture prospects and keep pipeline momentum. * Practical understanding of healthcare, health‑tech, or employee‑benefits landscape. Key Responsibilities * Map and target self‑insured employers and benefits consultants. * Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social). * Qualify leads against defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings. * Maintain accurate records and activity logs in the company CRM. * Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy and sales collateral. * Deliver monthly progress reports on pipeline metrics and activity. Required Skills * Prior experience in sales, business development, or outreach (internship experience accepted). * Excellent copy‑writing for cold emails and proposals. * Comfortable cold calling and engaging new contacts. * Highly organized with a relentless follow‑up discipline. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment. Required Education & Certifications * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Apollo or Salesforce (preferred).
