Role Description This is an on-site role for a Sales Development Intern based in Cambridge, MA. You must be located in the Boston area. You'll be on the front lines of a company working to catch cancer before it starts — and you'll help us get there faster. You will identify and engage benefits consultants and HR leaders at self-insured employers, run outreach campaigns, qualify leads, book meetings, and keep our CRM tight. This isn't busy work — you'll work directly with the founding team, see how early-stage sales actually gets built, and have real ownership over pipeline that matters. If you want a front-row seat to startup GTM and a mission worth talking about, this is it.

Qualifications

Must be based in the Boston area
Previous sales, business development, or outreach experience (internships count)
Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a cold email that actually gets opened
Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out to people you don't know
Organized and relentless about follow-up
Interest in or experience with healthcare, health tech, or employee benefits
Familiarity with CRM tools (Apollo, Salesforce) is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
