Job Description: **Job Title**: Chief Technology Officer **Role Summary**: Founding CTO to lead development of an anticipatory intelligence platform enabling proactive threat anticipation. End-to-end ownership of technical architecture, MVP deployment, data/ML strategy, and engineering foundations at scale. Direct collaboration with founder on product direction and strategic technical decisions. **Expectations**: Candidate must have experience building scalable systems under early-stage constraints, strong ownership experience in startups (founding engineer, first 10 hires), and a pragmatic, adaptive approach to evolving priorities.
