**Job title:** Customer Relationship & Innovation Advisor **Role Summary:** The role focuses on supporting employees through the digital beneficiary clause process, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, and driving an AI‑powered clause analysis solution. It combines client‑facing duties, operational oversight, and product innovation collaboration. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality client support from initial contact to finalization. - Maintain meticulous case tracking and identify process inefficiencies. - Actively contribute to the development and refinement of the AI‑enhanced stock‑analysis tool. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for staff using the digital beneficiary clause platform. - Provide clear, empathetic guidance and answer questions using simplified legal and insurance terminology. - Verify completeness of received beneficiary clauses and manage the end‑to‑end workflow. - Detect friction points, propose operational improvements, and track implementation progress. - Partner with the Product Owner to test, iterate, and enhance the AI‑driven clause‑analysis feature. **Required Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adept at building rapport with clients. - Solid understanding of insurance concepts and legal frameworks related to beneficiary clauses. - Ability to explain complex legal matters in lay terms. - Proactive problem‑solving mindset; comfortable driving process optimisations. - Familiarity with digital tools; ability to learn and use new software quickly. - Self‑starter comfortable with autonomy within a startup environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or holding a Bac+4 (equivalent) in Law, Insurance, or a related field with a strong interest in these domains. - Prior experience in customer service or client‑facing roles is a plus.
