**Job Title**
Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner
**Role Summary**
Lead product ownership within a cross‑functional Agile team, translating business objectives into executable user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, development, and delivery. Drive continuous improvement and value realization for each sprint in a global, multi‑disciplinary environment.
**Expectations**
* Deliver business‑value‑centric product features each sprint.
* Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, maintain clear communication, and champion Agile & DevOps practices.
* Act as a customer advocate, ensuring solutions meet user needs and technical constraints.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collect, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
2. Own and continuously refine the product backlog, balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and stakeholder feedback.
3. Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions, ensuring shared understanding of deliverables.
4. Collaborate with Scrum Master, developers, technical lead, and QA to estimate effort, identify risks, and clarify dependencies.
5. Define specifications and collaborate on technical design to align product goals with architecture.
6. Validate completed stories through functional testing, acceptance reviews, and defect resolution.
7. Prepare delivery plans, coordinate release activities, and support go‑to‑market execution.
8. Provide post‑delivery support, incident analysis, and corrective actions.
9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending process or product enhancements.
**Required Skills**
* Agile product ownership: backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation.
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
* Proficiency in French and English (written & spoken).
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
* Familiarity with cloud, containerization, and CI/CD concepts (Docker, Ansible, Jenkins).
* Awareness of database and monitoring tools (MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server; ELK stack).
* Experience with SDLC, DevOps practices, and end‑to‑end delivery.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in product ownership, functional design, or development within data‑centric environments.
* Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus but not mandatory.
