Déclaration de mission de l'entreprise

Join us at Orange Business!

We are a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.

Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.

À propos du rôle

As a Product Owner within a project team operating in a collaborative Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban), you will act as the key interface between the business and the development team.

You will work in close coordination with the Scrum Master, Software Analysts, Technical Lead, and Developers to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and delivers value.

In this Agile context, your main responsibilities will include:

Collecting and prioritizing business needs and translating them into actionable user stories.

Managing the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing it based on feedback, business priorities, and technical constraints.

Leading backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team has a clear and shared understanding of the expected deliverables.

Estimating the level of effort with the development team for each user story and helping identify dependencies or risks.

Defining detailed specifications and acceptance criteria to guide the design and development process.

Collaborating on technical design discussions, ensuring alignment between the business goals and the software architecture.

Validating deliverables by reviewing completed user stories, participating in functional testing, and accepting (or rejecting) features based on agreed criteria.

Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to ensure continuous alignment.

Contributing to DevOps-oriented delivery by preparing delivery plans, coordinating release activities, and supporting go-to-market efforts.

Providing post-delivery support, helping with incident analysis, and ensuring corrective or adaptive actions when needed.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring product coherence, delivering business value with each sprint, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

À propos de vous

VYou hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) from an engineering school or equivalent background, with at least 4 years of experience in product ownership, functional design, or in development within data environments.

Technical Awareness:

Operating Systems: Linux, Unix, Windows

Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

Languages & Querying: SQL, PL/SQL

Cloud & Containerization: Familiarity with Docker

Deployment & Automation Tools: Understanding of Ansible, Jenkins

Monitoring & Logging: Awareness of tools like Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK stack)

(Note: As a Product Owner, deep hands-on expertise in these technologies isn't mandatory, but understanding their context and impact on product decisions is a strong asset.)

Professional Skills & Mindset:

Passionate about building user-centric, value-driven products

Strong interest in Agile and DevOps cultures

Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams (tech, business, QA, etc.)

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Able to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories
