**Job Title**: Sales Account Manager – Benelux Region **Role Summary**: Drive the penetration of a biopharmaceutical portfolio in the Benelux market by managing key distributor and customer relationships, developing market‑specific sales strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve regional revenue targets. **Expectations**: - Propose and execute sales & marketing strategies informed by market, competitive, and customer analysis. - Expand and deepen distributor and key account penetration across Benelux. - Partner with marketing, product, and global account teams to deliver events, promotional activities, and account plans that enhance brand visibility. - Maintain accurate sales reports, track leads, and ensure timely communication of performance metrics. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Conduct market trend, competitor, and customer behavior analysis to inform regional strategy. 2. Establish and sustain strong relationships with local distributors and critical customers; provide training and solutions to enhance their performance. 3. Lead Key Account Analysis and develop strategic account plans; monitor account dynamics, report on effectiveness, and coordinate with overseas teams for global account alignment. 4. Coordinate marketing activities (webinars, seminars, exhibitions) and manage event logistics, media screening, and promotion material design. 5.
