2. Translate research into concept sketches, wireframes, and interaction models.
3. Produce high‑fidelity designs in Figma, pushing visual consistency, accessibility, and brand alignment.
4. Create and maintain a scalable design system, components, and style guide for cross‑platform delivery.
5. Collaborate tightly with engineering to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.
6. Facilitate usability tests, synthesize findings, and refine designs according to data.
7. Prepare detailed design documentation, specifications, and hand‑off artifacts for development.
8. Champion innovative solutions for AI agent interactions, exploring new tools, prototyping, and validation.
9. Communicate design decisions and their impact on customer experience and business outcomes.

- Familiarity with Typescript, React, or other front‑end frameworks.
- Code experience for low‑level prototyping or component development.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No mandatory certifications, but portfolio evidence of high‑quality design work is essential.
