Job Description
Job Title: Junior Account Manager Role Summary Client-facing account management role focused on orchestrating end‑to‑end gifting projects for corporate clients. Works closely with Key Account Manager, manages a dedicated vertical’s book of business, and acts as liaison between creative, production, and shipping teams. Expectations * Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing or client‑facing experience. * Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project planning skills. * Energetic, self‑motivated, capable of working under tight deadlines. * Ambition to develop into senior account roles. Key Responsibilities * Manage project lifecycle from concept briefing, cost estimation, budgeting, sourcing, to delivery. * Monitor and report project status, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion. * Coordinate with creative, production, and shipping teams to meet client expectations. * Respond proactively to client inquiries and sales leads. * Maintain accurate records in CRM (Monday) and inventory system (Unleashed). * Update quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders; ensure inventory and financial accuracy. * Provide early‑stage input on concepts, technologies, and client recommendations. * Collaborate with Key Account Manager on shared accounts and strategic initiatives.
