Job Description
**Job Title:** Director of Regional Sales **Role Summary:** Lead the commercial sales growth for Western Canada franchise network, coaching 14‑18 franchise owners to become proactive commercial business generators while building a personal pipeline of $2 M+ new business. **Expectations:** - Achieve $2 M in new commercial revenue and build 500+ key contacts. - Transform franchise locations into self‑sufficient commercial sales entities. - Deliver scalable, omnichannel sales strategies applicable across diverse markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coach franchise owners and their teams on sales strategies, market identification, and relationship‑building techniques. - Design and implement omnichannel sales tools, processes, and initiatives adaptable to all franchise locations. - Build and manage a personal commercial prospect base (property managers, insurance adjusters, facilities directors). - Travel ≥50 % across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba for coaching, prospecting, and relationship building. - Mentor and influence independent franchise owners, providing training workshops and ongoing support. - Track, analyze, and report performance metrics; refine strategies for continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Proven direct sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Experience coaching/developing sales capabilities, ideally within a franchise or multi‑location environment. - Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with independent business owners. - Ability to design and scale sales strategies across heterogeneous markets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. - Comfortable with frequent travel and independent work. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Sales leadership certifications (e.g., CPSL, Certified Professional Sales Leader) preferred. - Industry experience in restoration, construction, or related sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
