**Job Title:** Head of Commercial Partnerships
**Role Summary:** Lead and execute the commercial strategy for a high‑end real estate publication. Own end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle—acquisition, negotiation, and renewal—while ensuring brand‑aligned partnerships with elite brokerages, developers, and luxury brands.
**Expectations:**
- Achieve revenue targets in a high‑ticket, long‑cycle sales environment.
- Cultivate and maintain C‑suite level relationships with UHNW brokers, developers, and premium lifestyle brands.
- Represent the brand with authority, discretion, and consistent alignment with editorial integrity.
- Deliver structured, scalable partnership packages and convert them into lasting, repeatable revenue streams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans targeting global luxury brokers and developers.
- Convert relationship opportunities into paid engagements across listings, media, and campaign services.
- Design and sell bespoke multi‑channel partnership packages, integrating digital, print, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain rigorous CRM practices, pipeline management, and forecasting for long‑lead luxury sales cycles.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements; oversee full commercial lifecycle.
- Collaborate with editorial/creative teams to ensure commercial activities reinforce brand integrity.
- Expand media and brand partnership portfolio, prioritizing quality over volume.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in high‑ticket sales, luxury media, property‑tech, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven ability to monetise premium platforms in trust‑led environments.
- Strong storytelling and narrative selling, emphasizing brand positioning over inventory.
- Mastery of CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
- Fluency in English; multilingual capability (Arabic, Mandarin, French) considered an advantage.
- Executive presence, C‑suite communication, and aptitude for senior‑level negotiation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (e.g., Chartered Property Surveyor, Certified Luxury Home Consultant) are a plus.
