We are an evolving brand looking for like-minded talent to join us on our journey to create the sector’s definitive luxury title.
The Role
As Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading and executing the commercial growth of The Super Prime as it enters its monetisation phase.
Working closely with the Founder, you will translate established trust, platform credibility, and demand into sustainable, brand-aligned revenue across listings services, digital media, print, and strategic partnerships.
This is a highly external-facing role, involving senior-level client conversations, strategic partnerships, and representing The Super Prime at the highest commercial level.
This is also a hands-on role, requiring direct ownership of CRM, outbound outreach, relationship management, and deal execution - particularly in the early phases.
This role will suit someone comfortable building commercial momentum in a premium, relationship-led environment rather than operating a high-volume sales model.
The role is offered on a flexible contract basis and can be structured part-time or full-time depending on experience and fit.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Acquisition & Commercial Conversion
Manage and deepen relationships with elite global real estate brokerages and ultra-luxury developers (e.g. Knight Frank, Sotheby’s International Realty, Engel & Völkers).
Develop agent and developer relationships into paid commercial engagements across listings services, media, and campaigns.
Maintain discretion and selectivity, ensuring all partners align with The Super Prime’s standards and positioning.
Media & Brand Partnerships
This area will develop progressively as relationships mature and the platform and publication continue to evolve.
Develop and nurture senior relationships with luxury brands relevant to The Super Prime audience across digital and print.
Introduce The Super Prime as a long-term brand and media partner, shaping commercial opportunities over time rather than selling off-the-shelf inventory.
Work with prospective partners to explore paid media, campaign-based activity, and print placements as the platform and publication evolve.
Prioritise strategic, high-quality brand relationships over volume-led advertising.
Consultative & Strategic Partnerships
Co-design and sell bespoke, multi-channel partnership packages combining digital exposure, print presence, and broader brand collaborations.
Work closely with editorial and creative teams to ensure all commercial activity aligns with brand integrity and does not compromise editorial independence.
Support the evolution of select commercial relationships into longer-term strategic partnerships where appropriate.
Revenue Ownership & Execution
Own the full commercial lifecycle: outbound outreach, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and renewal.
Maintain disciplined CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting across long-lead luxury sales cycles.
Build long-term, repeatable revenue relationships rather than transactional deals.
The Ideal Candidate
The Network: You bring an established, high-quality network within luxury real estate, UHNW services, or premium lifestyle brands—and the judgement to activate it selectively.
The Presence: You are credible at C-suite and Founder level, comfortable leading senior commercial conversations, and able to represent a premium brand with authority and discretion.
The Hybrid Skillset: You understand both digital performance metrics (impressions, reach, CTR) and the strategic value of brand positioning, awareness, and long-term presence.
Experience:
5+ years in high-ticket sales, luxury media, property-tech, or strategic partnerships
Previous experience within luxury real estate, property advisory, or a closely related UHNW-focused sector is strongly preferred
Proven ability to commercialise premium platforms, media, or marketplaces in mature, trust-led environments.
Technical & Soft Skills
Storytelling: Ability to sell narrative, lifestyle, and brand - not just inventory
CRM Mastery: Disciplined management of complex, long-lead sales pipelines
Languages: Multilingual capability is an advantage (Arabic, Mandarin, or French in particular)
