Job Description
Job Title: Customer Value Manager Role Summary: Lead and manage a high‑performing Customer Value team to drive adoption, customer engagement, retention, and renewal across a SaaS EdTech portfolio, ensuring measurable customer success and revenue protection. Expactations: Deliver a repeatable customer success model; reduce churn; expand customer value through data‑driven insights; influence cross‑functional strategy and product enhancements; maintain high NPS and renewal rates; mentor and develop team members. Key Responsibilities - Own the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring proactive and scalable engagement. - Identify early churn signals and implement mitigation strategies; forecast renewals and lead commercial conversations. - Build and refine retention playbooks, customer health scoring, and NPS dashboards. - Champion customer feedback, uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and collaborate with Support to resolve escalations. - Design and deliver scalable processes, automation, and best practice frameworks across the Customer Value function. - Coach and develop a high‑performing team, set clear goals, and promote a customer‑first culture.
