Job Description

**Job Title:** Software Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support global logistics operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable applications while ensuring high code quality and performance. **Expactations:** - Deliver clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code. - Debug and optimize applications for reliability and performance. - Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives. - Estimate effort, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. - Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write and review code for new features and enhancements in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#. - Design and implement data models and SQL queries; interact with relational databases. - Conduct unit, integration, and performance tests; troubleshoot production issues. - Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and QA to define functional requirements. - Maintain version control using Git or similar tools. - Document application architecture, APIs, and technical processes for knowledge transfer. - Contribute to the full software development lifecycle and support deployment activities. **Required Skills:** - Strong object‑oriented programming and software design principles. - Experience with modern frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js). - Proficient with version control (Git/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines. - Hands‑on knowledge of SQL databases and data storage concepts. - Ability to debug, profile, and optimize code for performance. - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Team‑oriented mindset with independent work capability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
