What You'll Do
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with guidance from senior developers
Debug, test, and optimize applications to ensure performance and reliability
Participate in code reviews and team meetings to uphold quality standards and best practices
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
Estimate work, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines
Learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and development tools
Document technical processes, features, and enhancements
Support the full software development lifecycle and take on other duties as needed

What You'll Bring
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++
Understanding of object-oriented methodologies and software design principles
Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN
Familiarity with databases and data storage technologies (SQL)
Exposure to modern frameworks or platforms (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js)
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
Strong written and verbal communication skills, working effectively with technical and non-technical partners
