Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end B2B digital marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and brand authority for a cybersecurity consultancy. Own campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization across SEO, paid media, content distribution, and reporting.
Expectations: Deliver measurable ROI through data‑driven B2B campaigns targeting senior IT decision‑makers. Maintain high campaign quality standards (creative, landing pages, bid management). Enable sales growth by generating clean, timely lead data and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel B2B campaigns (email, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, organic) for service lines.
- Plan, execute, and report SEO strategy using Semrush, Google Search Console; optimize landing pages for traffic and conversion.
- Manage paid media budgets, monitor CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; continuously test ad copy and targeting.
- Create visual and written assets for LinkedIn and other social channels; repurpose technical content into social posts and campaign collateral.
- Track performance across all digital touchpoints, maintain segmented contact data, and produce clear reports for leadership.
- Maintain asset organization across website, CRM, proposal platforms, ensuring brand compliance.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years in performance or B2B digital marketing.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on‑page, technical, link building concepts).
- Experience with paid media KPI tracking, A/B testing, and bid management.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written communication, copywriting for professional audiences.
- Organizational and multi‑project management skills.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or SEO) are preferred.
