Works on a commission basis, focusing on building genuine, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in luxury, web3, and mission‑driven sectors. **Expactations** - Acquire new qualified leads through network leverage and tailored outreach. - Convert introductions into retainer clients that meet studio standards. - Maintain a pipeline that reflects quality over volume. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape proposals and proposals tailored to client needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify target organizations aligned with the studio’s values and offerings. - Manage conversations from initial contact through proposal and closing. - Develop and nurture relationships with CMOs, founders and other senior leaders. - Conduct market research to inform positioning and strategy. - Provide regular pipeline updates to stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and data‑interpretation abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven lead‑generation and pipeline development experience. - Market research proficiency with actionable insights. - Customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building. - Adaptability and problem‑solving in fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in business development or sales is preferred. - Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent are a plus.
