Role Description

This is a commission based role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Paris. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the studio’s growth through effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.

What You'll Do

Leverage your existing network to generate warm introductions to decision-makers
Identify organizations aligned with our values and service offering
Manage initial conversations through to proposal stage
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across sectors

What We're Looking For

Established relationships with CMOs, founders, or cultural leaders in luxury, web3, or mission-driven organizations
Understanding of brand strategy vs. traditional marketing
Preference for quality over volume - you know the difference between a good fit and any fit
Ideally no cold outreach or automation tools. We value genuine connection.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Expertise in lead generation and proven ability to develop a pipeline of prospective clients
Proficiency in conducting market research and applying insights to business strategies
Customer service skills to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional client support
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role is an advantage

Compensation

Commission based structure rewarding meaningful introductions that convert into retainer clients.
