Job Description
**Job Title** Security Operations Administrator **Role Summary** Coordinate and support the daily operations of a security services organization by managing high‑volume calls, scheduling, incident reporting, and workforce management. Act as the primary liaison between staff, site leaders, and contract managers to ensure efficient resolution of operational issues and compliance with health & safety standards. **Expectations** - Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. - Operate and improve workforce management and scheduling systems. - Work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. - Adapt to shift patterns and provide flexibility as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely support and solutions. - Assist colleagues across the UK with booking on/off processes and roster adjustments. - Prepare and complete incident and activity reports. - Schedule and update staff rosters, communicating changes to site leaders. - Escalate health & safety or HR issues to appropriate authorities. - Liaise with contract managers to resolve workplace complaints and queries. - Stay current with new procedures, systems, and operational protocols. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company operations and policies. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Competent computer skills and familiarity with workforce management software (e.g., Timegate). - Experience handling telephone-based customer service or helpdesk operations. - Ability to create detailed incident reports. - Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving abilities. - Capacity to work independently and as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Valid SIA SG or DS licence (CCTV licence desirable but not mandatory). - 5‑year verifiable work/education history. - Training in CCTV and First Aid will be provided. ---
