Senior ServiceNow Administrator
**Role Summary**
Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support organizational digital transformation initiatives. Manage all lifecycle aspects—design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation—ensuring platform alignment with business needs, compliance, and ITIL best practices.
**Expectations**
- Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions as a single point of ownership for the platform.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process efficiencies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (IT, business, security).
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure and administer core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, Employee Service Foundation / HRSD, ITAM (CSM and SecOps optional).
- Design, develop, and deploy workflows, business rules, integrations, and CMDB updates.
- Monitor system performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve incidents and change requests.
- Implement platform enhancements, patches, and upgrades in accordance with release management processes.
- Lead user adoption initiatives, including training, support, and change management activities.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies.
- Maintain high‑quality, clear documentation for configuration, processes, and solution design.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications and data sources, leveraging APIs and integration frameworks.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.
- Strong expertise in CMDB management, process automation, and workflow creation.
- Proficient with App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, Employee Service Foundation / HRSD, ITAM; knowledge of CSM and SecOps is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and ITIL best practices.
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related technology field.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred: CSA, CIS‑ITSM, ITIL Foundation (other certifications accepted).
