Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Canada (Toronto or Montreal) for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator. The selected candidate will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Responsibilities include implementing solutions, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, developing workflows, and ensuring system compliance.

They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to design, document, and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions, support internal teams in platform adoption, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s or college diploma in IT or Technology
Based in Canada
Fully bilingual in French and English
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience in administration configuration, development, and implementation (modules: App Engine, ITSM, ITOM, Employee Service Foundation / HRSD and ITAM) - Nice to Have (optional): CSM and SecOps.
Strong skills in CMDB, process automation, workflow creation, and platform optimization
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and ITIL framework
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams
Ability to document processes and solutions clearly and accurately
Relevant certifications in ServiceNow (Preferred: CSA, CIS-ITSM, ITIL Foundation)
Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems is an advantage
