**Job Title**
Inside Sales Representative
**Role Summary**
Full‑time remote Inside Sales Representative responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and account management to drive revenue growth. Focus on proactive customer engagement, relationship building, and consistent support across existing and prospective clients.
**Expectations**
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage a high volume of outbound calls and emails (300+ calls, 100+ emails daily).
- Generate new accounts and close 8+ deals per month.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and timely follow‑up.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Identify and qualify potential clients using tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
3. Schedule and conduct discovery and product/solution presentations.
4. Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
5. Enter, update, and track all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesloft).
6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and collateral.
7. Onboard new clients, including pricing, contract setup, and transition to account management.
8. Maintain knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, particularly eBay UK, and related industry trends.
9. Provide regular reporting on sales metrics and pipeline status.
**Required Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with sales technology stack: ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesloft, Flash Info, Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, especially eBay UK.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Data‑driven, results‑focused mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce CRM Training Certificate (preferred).
- HubSpot CRM Completion Certificate (preferred).
**Additional Preferred Experience**
- Outbound B2B sales in logistics, shipping, or customs solutions.
- Background in digital marketing or technology industry.
- Experience managing onboarding, pricing, and contract processes.
