**Job title** Head of Strategic Partnerships & Product Strategy **Role Summary** Lead business development, product strategy, and ecosystem design for a SaaS AI platform in the pharmaceutical sector. Build and manage alliances with consulting firms and technology partners to drive market adoption and shape the product roadmap based on customer and market insights. **Expectations** Deliver a scalable consulting partnership model, secure technology integrations, generate ROI‑driven case studies, and align the product roadmap with validated market needs within the first 12–18 months. **Key Responsibilities** - Build senior relationships with top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Bain). - Develop co‑sell and co‑delivery frameworks, joint business plans, governance models, and revenue targets. - Forge alliances with complementary SaaS and enterprise platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, CRM, LMS, call intelligence). - Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration priorities and ecosystem‑driven enhancements. - Act as the bridge between market insights and product direction; engage senior pharma stakeholders to uncover emerging needs. - Influence long‑term roadmap themes, commercial packaging, and product differentiation. - Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and executive meetings; shape market narrative around conversational intelligence in life sciences. - Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success around unified go‑to‑market motions and evaluate partnership impact with repeatable frameworks. **Required Skills** - 8–12+ years in pharma commercial excellence, consulting, SaaS strategy, partnerships, or product strategy. - Deep knowledge of pharma field‑force models and HCP engagement. - Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships. - Experience influencing product strategy in a SaaS environment. - Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Strategic, analytical thinker with ability to simplify complex concepts. - Highly autonomous with strong prioritisation and stakeholder‑management skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, life sciences, engineering, or related field. - Proven relevant professional experience; certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe, or similar) are a plus.
