Built in collaboration with IBM, our AI-powered platform delivers real-time, KPI-driven insight into field conversations—helping Pharma leaders benchmark execution quality, elevate selling skills, and drive better outcomes.

We’re now looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships & Product Strategy to play a pivotal role in scaling our ecosystem, shaping our commercial product direction, and positioning ADVANCE®AI as the category-defining standard in conversational excellence. You will work closely with global consulting firms, technology vendors, and senior customer stakeholders to ensure our solution becomes the category-defining standard for conversational excellence in Pharma.

This is a highly strategic, outward-facing role that blends business development, product strategy, and ecosystem design. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that accelerate market adoption, while also shaping the commercial product roadmap based on emerging customer needs and market dynamics.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Consulting Partnerships

Build senior relationships with top-tier consultancies (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture)
Develop co-sell and co-delivery models embedded in transformation and capability programmes
Enable partners with clear value propositions, use cases, and platform expertise
Own joint business plans, governance models, and revenue targets

Technology & Ecosystem Partnerships

Establish alliances with complementary SaaS and enterprise platforms (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce, CRM, LMS, call intelligence)
Shape integration strategies that anchor ADVANCE®AI at the centre of the Pharma tech stack
Partner with Product and Engineering on integration priorities and ecosystem-driven enhancements

Commercial Product Strategy

Act as the bridge between market insight and product direction
Engage senior Pharma stakeholders to uncover emerging needs and strategic use cases
Influence long-term roadmap themes, commercial packaging, and differentiation

Market Development & Thought Leadership

Represent ADVANCE®AI at industry events, partner forums, and executive meetings
Help shape the market narrative around conversational intelligence and AI in Life Sciences
Track macro trends in Pharma commercial models and translate them into strategy

Cross-Functional Leadership

Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success around unified go-to-market motions
Support key enterprise deals where partnerships or strategic positioning are critical
Create repeatable frameworks to evaluate and measure partnership impact

About You

Essential Experience

8–12+ years in Pharma commercial excellence, consulting, SaaS strategy, partnerships, or product strategy
Deep understanding of Pharma field force models and HCP engagement
Proven success building and managing strategic partnerships
Experience influencing product strategy in a SaaS environment
Executive-level communication skills with senior Pharma and consultancy stakeholders
Strategic, analytical thinker who can simplify complex ideas

Nice to Have

UK or US based
Background in Pharma or technology consulting
Global mindset and cross-market experience
Additional languages
Asia-Pacific exposure
