**Job Title** Business / Sales Development Representative **Role Summary** Lead outbound prospecting and qualification of small‑to‑medium care providers for a SaaS care‑management platform. Coordinate product demos, collaborate on marketing campaigns, and build a robust pipeline to support account executives and growth plans. **Expectations** - Proactive, self‑motivated, and goal‑driven. - Minimum 2 years in an outbound Business Development Representative role, preferably within SaaS or B2B product‑led companies. - Experience or knowledge of the UK NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) market. - Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative, high‑performance team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social) to identify potential care‑provider leads. 2. Qualify leads against defined criteria and maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM. 3. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with Account Executives. 4. Partner with Marketing to execute and refine outbound campaign strategies. 5. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to create a strong sales pipeline. 6.
