**Job Title:** Operations Coordinator **Role Summary:** Support internal systems, workflows, and marketing operations, focusing on HubSpot and cross-platform integrations. Collaborate with leadership and teams to document processes, optimize systems, and provide training for a growing organization. **Expactations:** - Available during business hours at least three days per week. - Some in-person workdays and occasional travel required. - Approx. 30 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust based on company needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations. - Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to identify system gaps and improvement opportunities. - Document operational processes in clear, user-friendly formats. - Support marketing operations, including SEO, content workflows, lead generation, and inter-platform system integration. - Maintain internal policies, provide training on tools and workflows, and support onboarding. - Implement automation, AI tools, and workflow solutions to improve efficiency. - Provide technical support for HubSpot, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Slack, and related platforms. **Required Skills:** - Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills. - Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred). - Familiarity with online marketing, lead generation, SEO, and content workflows. - Ability to document processes and train staff. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of improving unstructured systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, and workflow automation tools. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
