Job title Principal Product Manager, AI Innovation Role Summary Lead the formulation and execution of an enterprise‑wide AI strategy in a biopharma setting, translating business goals into scalable AI solutions while fostering rapid experimentation and responsible AI governance. Expectations - Own the AI product roadmap and prioritize high‑ROI use cases. - Serve as the strategic liaison between product, engineering, data science, and executive leadership. - Deliver end‑to‑end AI initiatives from concept to production, ensuring alignment with company vision and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities - Define and communicate the North Star AI strategy, integrating it with long‑term business goals. - Identify, assess, and prioritize AI/ML use cases across the organization; create business cases and ROI projections. - Lead innovation labs, pilots, POCs, and accelerators to test and scale emerging AI technologies. - Build and modernize the internal technology stack, ensuring scalability and long‑term sustainability. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering and data science teams. - Develop and maintain frameworks for responsible AI, including ethics, risk management, and operational governance. - Report progress, risks, and market intelligence to the executive team, providing data‑driven insights for decision‑making. Required Skills - 10+ years of product management, strategy, or innovation leadership. - Minimum 3 years of focused experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or AI product leadership. - Deep technical understanding of AI/ML technologies (Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics). - Proven execution of AI initiatives from ideation to deployment and scaling. - Excellent communication, able to simplify complex concepts for non‑technical executives. - Hands‑on experience with enterprise AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI, or GCP Vertex AI). Required Education & Certifications - MBA or MS in AI/ML, Data Science, or related field preferred. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML or product management are advantageous.
