In this role, you will be the primary architect of our organization’s AI future. You will bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and high-level business objectives, ensuring our AI roadmap is both visionary and actionable. This is a high-visibility position requiring a blend of strategic foresight, product management expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of rapid experimentation.
In this role, you will be:
Defining the North Star: You will develop and maintain the enterprise AI strategy, aligning every initiative with our long-term business vision.
Prioritizing Impact: You will identify and assess AI/ML use cases, ensuring resources are focused on projects with the highest ROI potential.
Leading Innovation Labs: You will head AI innovation initiatives, including pilots, POCs, and accelerators to test and scale emerging technologies.
Building the Roadmap: You will sequence the modernization of our technology stack and build the internal capabilities necessary for long-term AI success.
Partnering Across the Business: You will act as a strategic liaison, translating business needs into technical requirements and collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Governing Responsible AI: You will contribute to the frameworks for AI ethics, risk management, and the overall evolution of our operating model.
Advising Leadership: You will communicate progress, risks, and market intelligence to the executive team, providing the insights needed for high-stakes decision-making.
Your Qualifications
Deep Strategic Experience: You bring over 10 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and product management.
AI Domain Expertise: You have spent at least 3 years specifically focused on AI strategy, digital transformation, or AI product leadership.
Technical Literacy: You possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Proven Execution: You have a track record of driving AI initiatives from initial ideation and business case development through to deployment and scaling.
Communication Skills: You excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical executive audiences.
Platform Familiarity: You have hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI, or GCP Vertex AI.
Educational Background: An MBA or MS in AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
