Job Description

Job title: Senior Manager Project Finance Role Summary: Lead the structuring, execution, and optimisation of large utility‑scale renewable and gas projects, guiding financial decisions from early feasibility to commercial operation. Expactations: Own end‑to‑end financial models and lender/investor documentation; lead debt negotiations; provide strategic commercial insight to the investment committee; manage a team of analysts/associates; ensure alignment with development, legal, and senior leadership across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement financial structures for greenfield and operating assets. - Develop comprehensive models, sensitivities, and scenario analyses. - Drive debt processes, engage lenders, and negotiate terms. - Prepare and present materials for investment committee approvals. - Coordinate with development and commercial teams through construction, commercial operation (COD), and optimisation phases. - Mentor and supervise analysts/associates. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modeling and valuation in project finance. - Proven experience managing large, multi‑milion USD debt and equity transactions. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of renewable energy and gas project economics and regulations. - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and project delivery. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). - CFA designation or equivalent finance certification highly desirable.
