Senior Manager, Project Finance (Utility-Scale Renewables + Gas) – Capitalized Energy Platform – New York City (Hybrid)

Competitive Base + Bonus + LTIP + Benefits

This is a senior-level project finance role within a well-capitalised energy platform operating at scale. The business has a multi-GW development and operating pipeline and portfolio, long-term capital backing, and active deployment across multiple technologies.

The Role

The role sits close to investment decisions, capital structuring, and execution across large, complex assets. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage structuring through financial close and into asset optimisation, partnering closely with development, commercial, legal, and senior leadership.

Lead project finance structuring and execution for utility-scale assets
Own financial models, sensitivities, and lender/investor materials
Drive debt processes, lender engagement, and negotiations
Support investment committee decisions with clear commercial insight
Partner with development and commercial teams through to COD
