Job Title: Executive Director, Technology – Epic Resolute Role Summary: Lead strategic, operational, and technical execution of Epic Resolute application to streamline revenue cycle management, optimize billing processes, and enhance payer performance for a national healthcare lab. Expactations: Deliver a unified digital ecosystem for patient and client billing; align revenue cycle modernization with enterprise growth; establish governance and automation frameworks.
