Job Description: **Job Title:** Finance & Operations Associate **Role Summary:** Early‑career finance professional working at the intersection of pension fund management, fintech operations, and emerging AI tools. Own end‑to‑end administration of a regulated pension fund while supporting day‑to‑day corporate finance functions in a high‑growth fintech environment. Focus on process documentation, automation experimentation, and delivering accurate financial reporting. **Expectations:** - 1–5 years of professional experience with a steep learning trajectory. - Curiosity for finance, operations, fintech, and AI. - Structured, detail‑oriented yet comfortable with ambiguity. - Self‑starter who challenges the status quo and takes ownership. - Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage participant data, pension documentation, benefit statements, and contribution tracking for the regulated pension fund. - Reconcile employment data, supervise cash transfers, and support treasury and liquidity operations (including ETF investments). - Develop reporting dashboards and provide board‑level insights. - Document and improve internal processes for the fintech side (Warren BV). - Implement and maintain financial tools, support invoicing, payroll execution, and cash/runway reporting. - Experiment with AI and agentic workflows to automate repetitive finance/operations tasks. - Contribute to operational excellence and customer‑centric process enhancements. **Required Skills:** - Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. - Proficiency in Excel, data manipulation, and reporting tools. - Familiarity with financial regulations and pension fund operations is a plus. - Comfortable with a regulated environment and handling real responsibility. - Tech‑savvy mindset, willingness to learn and experiment with AI solutions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, FRM) are advantageous but not mandatory.
