The role
We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Associate who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow exponentially alongside Warren.
This is a career-defining role: you’ll work at the intersection of finance, operations, compliance, and AI, inside both a regulated pension fund and a high-growth fintech scale-up.
You’ll be embedded in the engine room of Warren, learning how a modern financial institution is built from the ground up.
What you’ll work on
1⃣ Pension Fund Operations (Warren Pension Fund OFP)
You’ll progressively take ownership of the day-to-day administration of our regulated pension fund, with strong support and coaching:
Help manage participant data, pension documentation, and benefit statements
Support contribution tracking, employment data reconciliation, and cash transfers
Assist with treasury and liquidity operations, including ETF investments
Contribute to reporting dashboards and board-level insights
This is a unique opportunity to learn how a real pension fund operates from the inside.
2⃣ Company Finance & Operations (Warren BV)
On the fintech side, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly:
Documenting “how things are done” and improve internal processes
Selecting, implementing, and maintaining tools
Support invoicing processes (incoming & outgoing)
Assist with payroll execution, ensuring everyone is paid correctly and on time
Help manage cash, treasury, and runway reporting
You’ll gain a broad understanding of how finance & ops scale in a fast-moving fintech.
3⃣ Learn, Automate & Build with AI first
We believe finance & operations are ripe for AI-native workflows.
A core part of your growth will be:
Deeply understanding existing finance & ops processes
Helping document and improve them
Experimenting with AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work
Bringing ideas that contribute to operational excellence and customer delight
You don’t need to be an AI expert: tech savviness, curiosity and willingness to experiment matter more.
You Are
Early in your career (1-5 years) and hungry to learn fast
Curious about finance, operations, fintech and AI
Highly structured, obsessed with details but not afraid of ambiguity
A wizard with numbers
Comfortable with regulated environments and real responsibility
A self-starter that challenges the status quo
Motivated by growth, ownership, and building something meaningful
Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English
Most importantly: you want a role where your learning curve is steep, not shallow.
