Job title: Head of Operations & Automation
Role Summary: Senior leader responsible for designing, building, and owning scalable operational systems and automation to enable rapid growth and efficiency in a high‑output agency environment.
Expectations: Own the end‑to‑end operations function, strategically partner with founders, and deliver tangible improvements in speed, quality, and scalability through process design, automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, redesign, and scale workflows across all teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and create new processes for services, clients, and internal initiatives.
- Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as GPT, Zapier, Make.com, ClickUp, and other workflow platforms.
- Explore and deploy AI use cases that enhance operational speed and quality.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for founders, proactively proposing solutions and future‑proofing the organization.
- Build a foundation that supports team expansion without burnout.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in operations, systems, or process optimization.
- Proven track record of building and improving workflows.
- Proficient with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, ClickUp, etc.) and comfortable implementing AI solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution ability.
- Experience scaling teams, services, or internal systems.
- Excellent ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with founders and small teams.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or automation platform credentials) are a plus.
