Salary: Up to €110.000 Incl bonuses (b2b)
We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency working with ambitious e-commerce brands. We’re a small, high-output team (±9 people) with big growth ambitions.
What makes us strong is speed, creativity, and execution. What will limit us if we’re not careful is process debt, manual work, and systems that don’t scale.
That’s why we’re hiring a Head of Operations & Automation.
This role sits at the heart of the company. You’ll design how work flows, how teams collaborate, and how automation and AI support every part of the business.
The Role
As Head of Operations & Automation, you own how the company runs.
You’ll be responsible for improving existing workflows, building new ones, and implementing automation and AI to remove friction across the organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will think strategically, but you will also build, test, and implement systems yourself.
Your success is measured by one thing: Can the company scale without chaos?
Development & Impact
This role is not about maintaining the status quo.
You will:
Shape how the company operates long-term
Have direct influence on speed, quality, and scalability
Work closely with founders on structure, systems, and growth decisions
Build foundations that allow the team to grow without burning out

Responsibilities:
Operations & Workflow Design
Audit and improve existing workflows across teams
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and unnecessary manual work
Build new workflows for new services, clients, and internal initiatives
Ensure systems scale as the team grows
Set the foundation for future team and service expansion
Automation & AI
Design and implement automations using tools such as: GPT / AI workflows Zapier, Make.com or similar
ClickUp automations (or equivalent)
Actively replace repetitive tasks with smart systems
Explore and implement AI use cases that improve speed and quality
Ownership & Leadership
Fully own the operations function
Act as a strategic sparring partner for the founders
Proactively identify problems and propose solutions
Build for the future, not just for today

Skills & Experience
Senior (+5 years) experience in operations, systems, or process optimization
Proven track record of building and improving workflows
Strong experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, ClickUp automations, etc.)
Solid understanding of AI and how it can be applied operationally
Comfortable working closely with founders and small teams
Experience scaling teams, services, or internal systems
Strong opinions on how modern companies should be run
(Big Bonus If You Have)
Experience in an agency environment
Experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
Experience designing operations from early-stage to scale
