**Job Title**
IT Business Analyst – Application Administrator / Analyst
**Role Summary**
Support the Global IT Business Applications team in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining business systems across cloud, hosted, and on‑premise environments. Conduct system analysis, configuration, testing, reporting, and risk management to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable application performance.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate business, functional, and technical analysis to drive application enhancements and new deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage application lifecycle activities, including configuration, data migration, security, and reporting.
- Provide timely troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Requirements & Strategy** – Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to capture business, financial, and operational requirements. Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
- **Planning & Deployment** – Co‑design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and enhancements. Conduct cost‑benefit and ROI analyses.
- **Operations & Maintenance** – Prepare status and performance reports, conduct in‑depth testing of changes, support data conversion, and manage data refreshes across environments.
- **Application Administration** – Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, RMC), OTBI security, models, and objects; manage user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and SSO groups.
- **Risk & Compliance** – Build and maintain models, controls, and incident assignments; support internal and external audit reporting; honor change‑management processes.
- **Reporting & Analytics** – Develop and maintain SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and reports for operational metrics.
- **Collaboration** – Work with Oracle Support, project teams, and other IT functions to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, RMC) administration and basic functional modules (GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Absence).
- Hands‑on experience with SQL development, OTBI, and application customization.
- Knowledge of risk management models, security roles, and privileged access controls.
- Familiarity with related tools: Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle EPM, InEight Cloud, SharePoint, Intelex Safety, Power BI, ServiceNow.
- Ability to follow change‑management and audit processes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
- 3+ years of experience in global software system deployment and support (cloud, hosted, on‑premise).
- 2 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application administration is preferred.
