Job Description
**Job Title:** Course Director with Sales **Role Summary:** Responsible for full operational management of a summer course and ownership of year‑round sales and business development across UK and international markets. Combines on‑site residential leadership with proactive lead generation, agent liaison, and stakeholder communication to secure bookings and maintain long‑term partnerships. **Expectations:** - Deliver a seamless educational and leisure camp experience for students aged 7‑18. - Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets and re‑booking goals. - Maintain compliance with safety, health, and organizational policies. - Foster a professional, student‑centric culture among camp staff. **Key Responsibilities – Course Management** - Oversee daily logistics with host schools, service providers, and remote support teams. - Manage, train, and supervise camp counsellors, teachers, and support staff, ensuring visibility and student focus. - Coordinate arrivals, departures, student transfers, and incident reporting using CMS. - Resolve student behavior and staff complaints, involving HR as required. - Produce risk assessments, attendance reports, and end‑of‑camp feedback. - Lead or attend regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and guidance. **Key Responsibilities – Sales & Business Development** - Build and maintain relationships with education agents, schools, parents, and prospective students. - Represent the camp at fairs, events, and online platforms; conduct calls and meetings. - Follow up promptly on leads, converting interest into confirmed bookings. - Communicate campus updates and expectations to agents, parents, and students during the camp. - Encourage re‑booking and future partnerships through high‑quality service delivery. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English. - Proactive sales mindset with proven lead conversion skills. - Problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and staff management. - Proficiency with online systems (CMS) and MS Office suite. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in summer camp or educational program management; sales experience preferred. - Any teaching certification or equivalent credential is an advantage but not mandatory.
