You'll be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from organising mealtimes with the kitchen to arranging student timetables, managing arrivals and departures and responding to student feedback. The Course Director manages an SLT team and oversees all other course staff including camp counsellors, teachers and support staff such as technicians. This position is for you if you have excellent organisational skills and are a great problem solver who knows how to multitask in a high paced environment. This is a residential, live in position during the running of the course.

Alongside the Course Director role, this position includes year-round responsibility for sales and business development across UK and international markets. You will act as a key ambassador for Academic Summer Camp, promoting our programmes to agents, schools, parents and students both before and during the summer.
The role involves attending education fairs and events (online and in person), holding calls and meetings with agents, parents and prospective students, and actively generating new business. You will be responsible for timely follow-up after fairs and meetings, including emails and calls, and for proactively converting interest into confirmed bookings.
During the summer, you will liaise closely with agents, parents and students to ensure expectations are met and communication remains clear and professional. You will also play a key role in encouraging re-booking and future partnerships by building strong relationships and delivering a positive overall experience.
This role suits someone who is confident, proactive and highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and leads at once.
