**Job Title:** Product Manager **Role Summary:** Owns a specific feature set or product area within ScalePad’s portfolio, translating business objectives into actionable product plans. Drives product discovery, prioritisation, and cross‑functional execution to deliver partner‑centric solutions that enhance usage, adoption, and revenue. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality releases on schedule while meeting partner‑defined success metrics. - Advocate for customers throughout product development, maintaining continuous partner engagement. - Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and GTM to transform business goals into clear, testable product requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own backlog, release planning, and feature prioritisation for assigned product area. - Lead discovery through partner interviews, market research, and data‑driven analysis to validate problems and solutions. - Draft product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation using modern tools (AI, prototyping). - Coordinate with UX Design to build intuitive partner experiences; with Engineering to scope and deliver features. - Monitor usage, adoption, and KPI trends; report insights and growth opportunities to senior leadership. - Partner with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Support to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution and enablement. - Maintain and communicate product road‑map alignment, dependencies, and status updates across stakeholders. **Required Skills:** - Proven SaaS product management experience (IT/MSP sector preferred). - Strong research, analytical, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written communication; capable of authoring clear product documentation and user stories. - Skilled at stakeholder collaboration, prioritisation, and release coordination. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. - Pragmatic Institute certification(s) recommended (e.g., Certified Product Manager).
