Job Description: Job Title: Workflow & Process Architect – Corporate Intranet Role Summary: Design and orchestrate enterprise‑wide, end‑to‑end workflows for a next‑generation corporate intranet, integrating Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, policy & knowledge platforms, IAM, and the intranet platform. Focus on scalable, AI‑ready orchestration patterns and simplify complex back‑end systems into seamless employee journeys. Expectations: - Deliver enterprise‑scale workflow architecture that supports tens of thousands of users. - Implement service bus, event‑driven, and messaging patterns. - Design AI‑ready workflows anticipating future agentic orchestration. - Collaborate with IAM, engineering, and business stakeholders to embed best practices from finance/insurance into healthcare. Key Responsibilities: - Architect cross‑system orchestration and integration for Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems. - Map and refine business processes into user‑centric workflows. - Define event‑driven and message‑based integration patterns. - Validate architecture against performance, security, and scalability requirements. - Guide technical teams on implementation and best practices. - Document architecture and workflow designs for cross‑functional use. Required Skills: - 10+ years in workflow architecture, enterprise solution architecture, or business process design. - Proven experience building enterprise intranets or digital front‑door platforms. - Strong knowledge of integration/orchestration (service bus, messaging, event‑driven, ESB). - Hands‑on experience with Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, or similar ecosystems. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture. - Excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders. - Awareness of AI integration in workflow orchestration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Certifications such as TOGAF, CBAP, or relevant enterprise architecture/ integration credentials preferred.
