We’re building a next-generation corporate intranet that will serve as the digital footprint for tens of thousands of employees — and we need a senior Workflow & Process Architect to design the orchestration layer behind it.

If you thrive in complex enterprise environments and love turning multi-system chaos into elegant, user-centered workflows — this role is for you.

What You’ll Own

You will design and orchestrate end-to-end workflows across:

Oracle ERP
ServiceNow
Policy & knowledge platforms
Identity & access systems
Intranet platform

This isn’t just process mapping — this is enterprise workflow architecture at scale.

What Makes This Role Innovative

Architect cross-system orchestration patterns (service bus, messaging, event-driven)
Design workflows that are AI-ready (future agentic orchestration in mind)
Partner closely with IAM and engineering teams
Simplify complex back-end systems into seamless employee journeys
Introduce best practices from finance/insurance into healthcare

What We’re Looking For

10+ years in workflow architecture, enterprise solution architecture, or business process design
Experience building enterprise intranets or “digital front door” platforms
Strong integration/orchestration background (event-driven, messaging, ESB)
Experience with Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise ecosystems
Ability to operate confidently across business + technical stakeholders
Healthcare experience is a plus — but deep architectural rigor matters more.
