Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Integrations
Role Summary:
Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Trustpilot’s integration portfolio across e‑commerce and SaaS platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and customer‑centric experiences that accelerate adoption and long‑term value.
Expectations:
* Own the integration roadmap and long‑term vision, balancing migration of legacy APIs with native rebuilds.
* Drive cross‑functional squads (Engineering, UX, Commercial, Partnerships) in an agile environment to deliver high‑impact releases.
* Quantitatively measure success via adoption, migration velocity, merchant satisfaction, and resilience metrics.
* Communicate strategy, trade‑offs, risks, and commercial impact to senior leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration ecosystem.
* Prioritize and execute on‐cycle releases, migrations, and legacy modernisation.
* Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to ensure scalability, security, and compliance with platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce) policies and marketplace standards.
* Partner with Product Marketing, Monetization, and Commercial teams to plan GTM strategies, packaging, enablement, and positioning for new integrations.
* Build and maintain feedback loops with platform partners, agencies, and merchants to validate needs and improve product‑market fit.
* Track and report on adoption, usage, churn, conversion, and overall merchant value.
* Represent Integrations strategy to executive leadership, articulating vision, risks, and financial impact.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of product management experience focused on integrations or platform ecosystems (e‑commerce, CRM, marketing).
* Deep understanding of modern integration frameworks, native app development, marketplace certification, and subscription business models.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver customer‑centric products in fast‑paced, agile settings.
* Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities for KPIs such as adoption, churn, and revenue impact.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable speaking to engineers, UX, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
* Comfortable balancing immediate migration work with long‑term platform strategy.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Product management certifications preferred (CSPO, PMP, CBAP, or equivalent).
