Job Title: Content Marketer – Client Services Role Summary: Serve as the principal content strategist and account manager for external clients, developing and executing AI‑visibility content strategies that enhance brand discoverability by generative models. Work closely with GTM leadership, conduct discovery sessions, produce multi‑format content, present plans, iterate based on client feedback, and track performance metrics. Expectations: - Own full account life cycle, from discovery to delivery and post‑launch analysis. - Deliver high‑quality content that aligns with each client’s brand voice and AI‑goals. - Adapt quickly to diverse industries and client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as primary contact for all content initiatives. - Lead discovery sessions to understand client brand, audience, competitors, and objectives. - Craft tailored AI‑visibility content strategies and roadmaps. - Produce content across formats: articles, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social posts, decks, and other deliverables. - Present content plans and deliverables to clients, incorporate feedback, and refine outputs. - Track content performance, generate analytical reports, and recommend optimizations. - Identify opportunities to deepen scope and increase revenue within existing accounts. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and GTM teams to integrate product insights into client work. - Leverage AI tools to scale production while preserving brand voice and quality. Required Skills: - Clear, concise writing ability that simplifies complex concepts. - Proven client‑management experience delivering tangible results to external stakeholders. - Strong research skills and rapid industry learning. - Ability to adapt tone to match varied client brands. - Organizational competency to juggle multiple accounts and competing deadlines. - Comfortable presenting work, soliciting, and integrating client feedback. - Versatility in content formats: articles, landing pages, decks, case studies, and social media. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Certifications in content marketing, SEO, or AI/LLM tools are a plus.
