**Role Summary**
Provide end‑to‑end support for business development and sponsorship sales on behalf of the firm and its client properties. Execute outbound prospecting, craft executive‑level presentations, analyze market data, and contribute to strategy, negotiation, and client management. Designed as a development platform for early‑career professionals to gain expertise in sport, entertainment, and cultural sponsorship.
**Expectations**
- Deliver qualified meetings and partnership opportunities.
- Produce high‑quality, visually compelling proposals and pitch decks.
- Maintain disciplined CRM pipeline and accurate reporting.
- Increase capability in commercial analysis, negotiation, and client interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development** – Identify prospects, research partners, execute targeted email/LinkedIn outreach, qualify leads, schedule senior‑leadership meetings, manage CRM pipeline.
- **Sales Support** – Assist creation of sponsorship strategies, prioritize target brands, develop tailored proposals, prepare negotiation materials, coordinate communications throughout the sales cycle.
- **Presentation Development** – Design external pitch decks, client sponsorship presentations, internal strategy research decks, proposals, one‑pagers; uphold high design standards.
- **Analysis & Strategy** – Conduct market research in sport, entertainment, culture; support sponsorship valuation and benchmarking; prepare briefing materials and synthesize insights for client deliverables.
- **Training & Development** – Receive mentorship in revenue generation, sponsorship structuring, commercial analysis, client relations, and negotiation; take increasing responsibility on client accounts.
**Required Skills**
- 1–3 years in business development, sponsorship sales, consulting, or marketing.
- Advanced PowerPoint/Slide design skills; polished executive‑level presentations.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with data‑driven structured thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and self‑management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Interest or exposure to sport, entertainment, media, or sponsorship.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field.
- No mandatory certifications; related sponsorship or marketing credentials are a plus.
