**Job title:** Revenue Operations - Summer Intern **Role Summary:** Full‑time 10–12 week internship focused on driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. Interns manage CRM and GTM tools, execute high‑impact projects (e.g., territory planning, pipeline management, process automation), and support day‑to‑day GTM operations. The role offers hands‑on exposure to RevOps processes and senior‑level stakeholder collaboration. **Expactations:** - Deliver data‑driven insights that influence revenue strategy. - Own end‑to‑end management of CRM and related tools, ensuring data integrity and usability. - Lead and execute RevOps projects that directly impact pipeline and forecasting. - Provide process and systems support to GTM teams. - Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Optimize end‑to‑end processes across all GTM functions. - Oversee CRM and GTM tool lifecycle: configuration, data hygiene, system usability. - Lead projects in territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and automation. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success to align workflows and data. - Provide operational support and troubleshooting for GTM teams. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical ability; skill in deriving insights from complex data sets. - Proactive ownership mindset and independent initiative. - Effective cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Clear communication; capable of presenting insights to senior leaders. - Understanding of business processes and information systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrollment or recent graduate of a bachelor’s program in business, finance, marketing, data analytics, computer science, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is preferred. ---
