Job title: EMEA Regional Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and grow sales of substation secondary containment solutions across the EMEA region for a global industrial safety supplier. Develop new markets, acquire new B2B accounts, and manage existing customer relationships, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high customer satisfaction. Expectations: - Exceed annual revenue targets for the EMEA region. - Build and implement a territory plan that creates new demand, opens new accounts, and expands market share. - Deliver measurable results in new territory development and account penetration. - Demonstrate a proactive, hunter‑style approach to lead generation and business development. Key Responsibilities: * Account Management & Customer Contact* - Maintain regular contact (up to 80 % face‑to‑face or virtual) with key industrial and utility customers. - Manage day‑to‑day account operations, proposals, contracts, and pricing. - Achieve high renewal and upsell metrics. * New Account Acquisition* - Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities through cold outreach, market research, and industry events. - Build a pipeline of prospects and convert them into closed sales. * Regional Planning & Execution* - Design and execute a comprehensive regional territory strategy. - Define budgets, sales goals, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives. * New Product Roll‑out* - Plan and execute launches of new product lines to target customers and partners. - Prepare sales materials, presentations, and industry‑specific proposals. * Trade Show & Events* - Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and client events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. * Reporting & Analytics* - Maintain accurate sales reports, activity logs, and pricing records in Salesforce and other tools. - Analyze sales data to inform strategy, forecast, and area coverage.
